Lucy, I have added the three email addresses to my safe sender list. I still don't get emails from trademe when something sells. I have the configuration setup on my account to receive these emails. I also changed my email in case this was an issue. Still no result.
I have the same issue. I have checked my microsoft account and my email is registered against my microsoft account. I receive emails from trademe for other user accounts I have with trademe. But for one account I don't receive any email whatsoever - nothing in my junk email and nothing in my deleted items and not in my other email folder.
