This isn't overly helpful as we already know they are aware of the issue. Talking to Trademe in live chat won't progress the solution any faster. Could we have an update on when this is actually going to be fixed please? I have lots of items to list but I'm not going to do that if it takes 20 minutes to find the photos for them.
