I have the same problem. I used to get reminders emailed to me 24 hours before the auction ended and 1 hour before the auction ended, now my reminder settings have reverted to "none" I can manually add a reminder but it only allows me to select either 1, 12 or 24 hours before the auction ends. How do I get my reminders back again? I have read and followed the above instructions but I cannot find "Update email preferences.' > Scroll down the page to 'When I add something to my Watchlist email me a reminder'
