I have noticed that if you apply property land size filters, most of the listings that fit that search criteria, are missing from the filtered search results. Example - list all listings for an area that subsequently shows multiple 4ha plus offers - apply filter to 1ha to unlimited and resulting search looses almost all the qualifying listings ??
