I have had the same where I have changed delivery address before confirming and paying by ping. On my personal TM account my registered Trade me address is where I live but I don't have items delivered there as they get stolen so I choose to have them delivered to my work address. So annoying to find wrong address has been sent  to seller when paying by ping.

I'm wondering if the "when buyers will ship" is to cover all those international sellers (who flood TM with cheap c**p). I've seen "product will ship 10 days from when funds show" on eBay etc.  

So no rules... I seem to remember there use to be... something like always having listings on, but can not find anything. So that's all changed
