A member I purchased some items from quite a long time ago has repeatedly sent me promotional emails outside of Trade Me about their listings over quite a substantial period of time, usually when they have discounted items listed that they want to promote sales on. Obviously they retained my email contact details to use for this purpose, and probably do so with their other buyers email addresses as well.
