I am trying to answer a question about courier costs on a listing. My answer includes the dollar amount of the quote and a Post Code used for the quote and the answer will not submit because "phone numbers and email addresses are not allowed." So how do I answer the buyers question. I am assuming the numbers are being interpreted as phone number / email address incorrectly.
I am not sure if this is related to the packing slip issue, but I have sold an item with Shipping TBA in the listing. There is now no option to go into the listing and book from there so that an email is sent to rthe buyer with tracking details. There is a Book a Courier button on the sold email from Trade Me which goes to rhe listing where there is no option for Book a Courier. I have had to do it through Something Else I Want to Send, which means that my buyer doesn't get the details and I have to send them manually. Is this just me? I wonder if I am missing something.

Is there a feature where, when you place feedback through your Sold list, that once one is done, you are then returned to a list that consists of only the trades on the Sold list that you haven't placed feedback on? Like when you relist an item from the Unsold list, a list is brought up of items that can be relisted?
