Why can't you block bad sellers?

Put users on my black list but still seeing there auctions

So say your looking for a book with a region in it's title (i.e. Waikato river) it will snap that to the location and just search river in this case, I get why it happens and its not a hard fix and the work around with quotation marks is easy, just frustrating and some people might not know the work around
