Hi Charles Keeping only part of BidBud running would take a bunch of work too. It's likely to be all or nothing. It's entirely up to Trade Me really.

Thanks for the kind words guys Trade Me let me know they've added a help page that explains a bit more about what's going on at their end. We shall see what happens.

Hi everyone I'm the developer of BidBud. I didn't even know these boards existed, stumbled across this completely by chance just now! Apologies for yesterday's outage, my hosting provider had some serious issues, BidBud was down for 14 hours, that's never happened before. It came back at about 9:50pm last night. As for the listings you can't bid on, Trade Me are making some big changes to their system, that will mean BidBud probably won't be around much longer. The random listings you can't bid on are the beginning of the end.
