On 19 May 2024 I bought an item on T/m. It was listed as a 'Louis Vuitton bulldog bag charm.' I paid $129.45 for the item including $6.50 for shipping. Item never arrived. I gave the correct address details. It was mailed by the seller with Post Haste. Post Haste have admitted non-delivery was their fault and I am STILL waiting for them to refund the money to me. I am 86 years old, a pensioner, and this was a huge purchase for me. I want your advice as to how to get Post Haste to refund me.
