Thanks S for your feedback...  maybe rather than waiting in hope that the 'make offer' option will soon return, I should just relist each item and mention in the 'Description' box that the 'make offer' option is broken and that they should message me if they would like a pre-closing offer!!  Do we get refunds for listing fees when we can't make an offer to a watcher?  There are other problems as well - items that I have relisted but remain in the unsold category are not shown as 'relisted'.
