seems to happen a bit especially on Mondays, where I suspect the volume of parcels to be picked up is higher than on other days. It definitely happens to us too Kathy53
he asks for my account details. Payment methods on my listing says: Pay instantly by card and Ping balance. not sure what the card part means, but I feel reluctant to give out my bank details.
Thanks all for your comments, I have mentioned to the 'tell us what you think' link. It just was so much better and easier before. why change something that works well for everyone?
I really miss that function too. I now just add it into the note. Makes checking if it has been delivered so much more complicated.
