Hi Callum,   Yes I can prove to you, I have checked everything and I didn’t receive any email from TradeMe for Ping payment nor that I have sold the listing only notification from TradeMe app showing that I have sold the listing but have not received the Ping payment. It’s very odd this never happened usually the Ping is instantly received. Can you please help us? The buyer showed and proved with all her screenshots to me that she already paid with Ping
