I thought that the current promotion was only meant to apply to certain categories and not everything else. But I am getting the same message in my unsold bin and it states ALL LISTINGS not some. The message does not refer to specific categories or items within my unsold bin but rather implies that it applies to everything, including items outside the so called promotion. The link on the "learn more" button just takes me to the info panel on using ping and does not reference any promotion. Guess I won't be able to relist anything for a over a week then.
