just im in business for selling warhammer and related products, and the warhammer community is known for making custom figures using parts from a mix of ranges i just wanted to reach out to that part of the warhammer community making unique figures for gamers, because many dont have the time, finances or parts to build random things ive had one such item removed, purely because an individual personally didnt want to see them in his feed when looking for warhammerwould it be best for me to refrain from outside ranges and just make conversions using purely warhammer parts?
just curious for peoples help on this on one side trademe says you can repair and resell things, on the other they flag some resales as "breaching IP" like i bought some broken transformers toys, added some spare parts on them to make them complete, and tried to resell but cant because of IP somehow i declared in the listing it was a repaired toy, i didnt claim it as my own creation, didnt modify any brand or logo, just a repaired toy made up to be a proxy wargaming figureanyone able to help me get a better understanding whats allowed to be bought/resold on trademe
anyone else getting real tired of trademe's garbage new system, where half the items you were watching but missed/didnt bid...just vanish, not turning up on your lost items list and a bunch of stuff not allowing requests for sellers to relist/offer price
SJ that is just plain false, ive added sellers to blacklist and they still come up in search results
recently bid on an item, then couple hours later see the seller removed my bid, slapped on a buynow and sold it to someone else obviously made an off-site deal with the buyer, against site rules, but as always, trademe doesnt give a F, just gives lip service "theyll look into it" they got their sales fee they dont care about rules
