Hi Callum. not finding any button for Disputes Resolution in my won listing at all,  an not find how to speak to chat either, T.M  seems to have disappeared as per contact personally for its members, why?, desprerately trying to speak to them 

Am I covered through any  Buyer protection? selleradverised wrong size in shoes purchased throughTrade Me’s necessity to include for advertto even take place as a listing.I purchased through trust Q And A with seller astothe fit for me, acknowledged, and still did not fit me ,sizing my size, turned out one and a half sizes too small. No reply contact from my four emails to the seller, ghosted. please help me re my need for refund here, pluswhereI stand in T M ethics and any buyer protection. Thank you
