Hi there, I have listed a dining table twice with a 'Feature Combo' but it is not coming up at the top of the listing or anywhere near for that matter.  The description says 'Appears above Feature Listings' but it doesn't seem to appear even above normal listings, it's even below many listings without images. When I look in the category (Dining Table) and location (Auckland), it comes up on page 8 (on desktop)!!! The feature combo functionality appears broken, please help. Listing #4245283494 Thank you  

There is a seller whose listings I can't ask questions on. When I submit a question it says 'You are unable to use this feature'. I can ask questions on other sellers' listings, just ones to this seller are blocked. They have over 500 feedbacks, highly rated. They keep relisting a particular item I want but I can't ask key questions about it, it is highly frustrating. Seeing no questions on any of their listings makes me think no-one is able to question them. This seems like a bug? I wish Trademe would provide an actual help contact instead of just directing you in endless circles to useles...
