So just got an email from trade me community support  You have been awarded the badge First comment on your Trade Me user profile! This is what the Trade Me community team say about the badge: Go you! You've added your first comment to a Community post. View the badge on you user profile Buy they have not replied to my comment/question. I have been checking at a lot different times over the past four days and have not seen the chat icon come up at any of those times. 

Question for Community Team, as I see Hamish from that team has added a comment - Are there set days and hours for live chat?
