Thanks for the information Chris, will probably have to do this! Hayley I agree with you TradeMe should fix the problem not us, I don’t want another email account. I have had my TradeMe account since 2006 no problems until now, not really good enough. What has changed TradeMe??? They should be looking after us if they want our business, no wonder more people are using Facebook Marketplace. 

I’m having the same problem, don’t receive any emails from TradeMe when someone has purchased as for questions about my listings, who knows? I have been using the same email address since starting with TradeMe. They used to go to my spam mail, now I don’t even get that. Last four or five sales received nothing. 

Hi Sandra, good luck with that. I was the same Hotmail for since 2006, no problem . Then last year no emails from Trademe, for probably over a year now. I put the safe sender addresses in, still nothing. I refused to change my email address and thats about it. I have to check Trademe everyday if I'm selling anything or check for any questions. This is a Trademe problem that needs to be fixed but nothing ever happens.

Good luck at getting this solved. It has been happening to me for months. Nothing trademe has asked me to do works. It is their problem. Your emails go to the trademe spam folder and it keeps doing it. They want you to get another email provider which I have refused to do. All I can say is luckily I don’t sell a lot on trademe! 

Hi, it now been a month since Trademe fixed my problem, email taken from spam folder at Trademe. Put in the safe sender emails as requested. Finally got an email that said a listing I was waiting was due. Thought everything was fine but no purchased something yesterday no emails from Trademe. It seems like it is happening to a lot of people and I don't want to change my email address! Getting fed up with this ongoing issue! Have emailed Trademe again.

That’s right Paul, it’s the only emails from Trademe that I get! Weird! 

Good luck, I've done everything Trademe has asked me to do, except set up a new email address. I feel why should I when the problem is theirs, I have used the same email since 2006. I haven't received emails for months, so I check Trademe most days, luckily I don't sell much. I have contacted Trademe several times, they just say my email address goes to their spam folder, I presume they put it back into the system but nothing changes!

Contacted TradeMe, thanks Stephen, all sorted didn’t have to get another email address. Like Laurie my original email had gone to the TradeMe ‘spam complaints list’. It should be fine now, fingers crossed.
