I can’t get the correct or any options ti get through to someone at trademe ! This is not good

I have given the buyer 2,3 options ti pick up goods and it hasn’t happened. He has then got really abusive and yelled at me on The phone . I then canceled the sake as he scared me . He then text he was going to kill me . I am shaking ! This is is not good !
