Thanks Callum. I just want to be heard quite frankly. The emails I have shared with the buyer gave me enough information to form the opinion that A: He did not read the description etc on the auction and B: He is quite lost as to what to do with it. This unit left my hands working perfectly and was packed more than sufficiently.
I have now received 2 auto generated emails from trademe regarding a recent listing where the buyer has told trademe its not fit for purpose. Im sick of dealing with the bot chat on here and also sending information through the contact forms on the website as im getting nowhere fast. Why can't trademe staff email me from a proper address that I can actually reply to?? How hard is this in 2026!
