I've had the same problem, updated Chrome, cleared the cache etc etc .... still no help. This worked for me ... How to fix ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR: Disable QUIC in Chrome: Navigate to chrome://flags/#enable-quic, change the "Experimental QUIC protocol" to "Disabled," and relaunch Chrome.
