With this new "improved" format, I am unable to apply for success fee refund. There is no option to click the - having problems with sale - link that used to be there. It has disappeared along with all of the other helpful features that used to be available such as; postage amounts carrying over to each listing, only having to upload photos once (not clicking out and realising they are not there and having to re-upload,) having a make an offer feature etc. Trademe have also rejigged the site so it is near impossible to contact customer service.
