They've forced ping in previous promos but i dont remember them removing bank transfers as an option in previous promos.

You don't need to by nosy to know they're in-trade though. They stated they were charged a fee on the postage amount which means they're in-trade as those that are not in-trade don't get charged a success fee on postage.
