    I have messages dating back to May 2022. Ideally I'd like to disable messages. I don't want to clutter up my listings with text about messages not being monitored (which I cannot achieve 95% of the time as I predominantly use a laptop). If I can't disable, how can I delete old messages?

    I predominantly sell using a laptop, and rarely use the mobile Trademe App (yes, unusual, but we are not yet extinct). I will occasionally log into the app simply to check messaging. I like to offer my buyers a prompt service, and it INFURIATES me when i log on to the app and see I have received a message which I haven't attended to. This makes me look slack. The fact that I can receive messaging when I am listing on a laptop is irritating enough. Presumably Trademe mobile messaging is here to stay, so can you please back up messages with some other form of notification, either on the deskt...

    Not just saved favorites (I dont use this feature). Any emails coming to me regarding sales - Ping payment confirmation, courier bookings etc as well as questions on auctions. Not ideal timing given that my sales page went to new look over same period. Have sorted my gmail filters, thanks.

    Hi, may or may not be related. I use Gmail and incoming filters/labels to sort Trademe emails into work flows. This stopped working 2 days ago, and my Gmail inbox became bloated. Looking at it today I see I had originally specified an email address when setting up my filters "mailer@trademe.co.nz". Trade me now send me emails from "mailer@site.trademe.co.nz".

    Hi Bonnie (et al) yesterday my saved shortcut worked (straight to old selling page with all its useful options,e.g. including MOST IMPORTANTLY direct access to an item within My Products allowing easy editing of price and FPO. Today my saved link took me to the new (unhelpful) selling page. I scrolled down, selected 'desktop site' and I was taken to 'Account details' page (different from yesterday). From here I selected 'items I'm selling' and the required page is back. My personal shortcut has also reset itself and takes me to the required page. Hope this helps.

    Thanks Bonnie ! I thought 'desktop site' was only on mobile devices. Yep, my desktop device TradeMe selling page has an icon at the bottom for 'desktop site' ( goodness knows what I was viewing previously if not 'desktop' ...) Best of all, the hack WORKS ! Thanks so much for pointing this out. I was rapidly loosing sight in both eyes trying to operate the old page on my mobile.

    I tried Edge and Firefox (normally use Chrome) on an old Dell laptop but cannot get old page this way.

    Thanks for all your help. Have managed to get my 'token' refreshed after a few attempts and can now access MP and old selling page on my mobile.

    Thanks S, I have read and tried the other suggestions now. It looks like the only way to access is via a mobile phone in Desktop mode, is that correct ? I can access the old page using a mobile, but when I try to access My Products I am locked out. Using my current TradeMe  email and password I get an error message about 'a problem with the supplied token'. Are there any browsers that still support the old page?
