I purchased an item on trademe through a seller and paid with ping. I did not save my credit card details to trademe when i added a credit card, to pay for this item. The purchase went through, and the item was sent to me, was a great trade. Then i went on to their website 2 months later and found they have saved my credit card details on their website, and i can make a purchase on their website. I cannot remove the credit card details. I believe they took the credit card details when i made the purchase on their trademe listings and saved them to their website. Is that legal under trademe'...
