I won an auction and paid via Ping. Seller cannot transfer money out of his Ping account citing the error "You do not have access to this endpoint".Seller have tried on a different device and same error. In the mean time, I cannot get my goods as he is not confident he will get the money. Fair enough. What is exactly this error and what the seller can do? I also want my goods delivered and this extremely frustrating. Despite me and seller contacting Trademe, we have no reply.
