Not quite the right stream for this question But i am selling some books and on the screen of my listings show 0 view & 0 watchers. However when i look on the listing i see watchers and viewer numbers. When the listing closes i am unable to offer to those watchers only guven the optionto relist and edit. It says the site is temporarily not offering all options (only for books i think). How can i make a Fixed Price Offer to watchers? TIA
