Is 5 days fair on my part for a buyer to pick up and pay for the auction they have won? In my payment instructions I have written to be completed in 5 days. I have not had any issues with this at all until now! This buyer started off my emailing me straight away asking when to pick up , I replied and didn't hear back so I emailed later the next night. He replied with I am waiting to empty my trailer so in a couple of days, I said that's fine. Couple days later haven't heard from him so I sent another email. This is now 7 days so I emailed and asked did he still want it and if I hadn't heard...
Very frustrating when you ask a seller a question regarding if they will send. Instead of answering they just ignore all questions .All questions should be answered within 24hours or at least before the time the auction finishes. Common courtesy!
