Hi Simon, thanks for the feedback! We are going to continue to review voting and voting transparency, as well as looking into voting trends to determine our best options to try and keep things balanced for our members, so we will take that into consideration
James has covered it well, but if you want any extra information we do have these help pages on the topic as well: https://www.trademe.co.nz/c/trust-safety/news/how-do-i-know-if-i-m-in-trade-on-trade-me-https://help.trademe.co.nz/hc/en-us/articles/360007263511-Becoming-a-professional-seller
Hi Fiona, it's not possible to pay to 'upgrade' your jobs profile, but we do have this handy blog from our Jobs team with lots of advice about setting up your jobs profile and more. You can access your jobs profile under 'update my details' in My Trade Me
Hi Sunny, because it has been over 45 days since your listing closed, you would need to start a new listing - you can copy and paste and the details from your old listing though. For a hand with the fees, reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team
Hi Mark, when setting up or editing a listing from the Android app, you can tap on the photo you want to remove to select it, then a small 'trash can' icon will appear in the top right-hand corner which deletes the photo when you tap on it
Hi Emma, what type of listing were you trying to edit, and what were you trying to change when the error popped up for you? I'd recommend also having a go at these troubleshooting steps to check if they make a difference
Hi Deidre, check out this help page here for the steps to update the contact details on your Trade Me account
Hi Gary, the option to save a store as a favourite seller does appear when you go on to their Store page (example) - however the option still doesn't appear when navigating to a Store's listings through member search. Our Tech Team are aware of the discrepancy, but I'll check if there are any updates
Hi Wendy, you can relist a car auction as many times as needed without paying a fee again, within 90 days of starting your listing. If you need longer than 90 days, there is no fee for relisting as a basic listing - there would be a fee to relist if you select a standard or premium listing bundle
Hi Darryl, for local purchases, you'll need to contact the seller to request a GST receipt - they'll be able to provide this for you if they're GST registered. For international purchases, you can find a link to your GST receipt in your sale confirmation email or by following these steps. If you just need proof of your purchase, reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team with all of the details you have, and they can get that out of the archives for you.
