Hi Cristina, we have a dedicated property blog with advice on listing and marketing your property - it should have some good tips for you!
Hi Lilly, the listings can’t be reinstated to your unsold folder once this has happened, but there is a work-around. If you have the listing numbers available (perhaps in your emails from us), you can simply enter the listing number into the search bar on Trade Me and hit search. This will bring up the listing page with your usual seller options at the top (you’ll need to be logged in), and you'll be able to relist from there. If you don't have the listing numbers anywhere, reach out to our friendly Customer Experience team for a hand
Hi Ian, you'll need a NZ bank account when selling with Ping as there are extra fees involved when it comes to international banking. It’s best to get in touch with Westpac or ANZ (as they bank in both Australia and NZ) to see if they can help you set one up.
Hi Graeme, you can only export up to 60 days of sales history from your account - to get a copy of your account's sales history, you can request an account summary and our friendly Customer Experience team can send that through to you
Hi Grant, for the website you can go to www.trademe.co.nz/a/search (or click on Marketplace from the homepage, then click Search Marketplace). From there you can filter by location and see all listings for sale in that area
Hi Godfrey, sorry to hear about the hassles there. To list your sheep as a classified listing, click 'Start a listing; in the top right-hand corner of the site while logged in. Then select the category as: Business, farming & industry > Farming & forestry > Livestock. At this point you'll be redirected to the classic site where you can select the 'Sheep' category, click Next, and you can choose whether to list it as a classified or auction. From there you can complete the listing process as normal.
Hi Renee, I've asked our friendly Customer Experience team to get this info together for you and will email it through to you, but for future reference, you can reach out to the team and request it
Hi Kim, due to bank processing times, a bank transfer top-up can take up to 3 business days to arrive in your Trade Me account
Hi everyone, Simon is spot on about the 'In-trade' vs casual sellers, if the seller was set up as a business they would be expected to refund. To add to this, we do take electrical compliance very seriously and many listings are removed each day - if you spot any that look like they may not be compliant listed on-site, alert the team by reporting the listing
Hi Gary, sorry to hear about the hassles with the trade there - I've confirmed the member wouldn't receive any emails notifying them of feedback once their account has been closed, so a Dispute report would be the next best step.
