Hi William, if the password reset instructions aren't arriving in your email inbox, you'll need to reach out to our Customer Experience team for a hand getting logged back in and updating the email address
Hi Lee, to relist an unsold listing, just pop over to your Unsold folder, open up the listing, and the 'Relist' button will be near the top of the page. If it's currently being offered for a fixed price, you'd need to wait for the offer to end, or you can withdraw the fixed price offer to relist it.
Hi Jinglun, it's not possible to export search results in to a file
Hi Tina, sorry to hear about the hassles with the trade. If you contact the team they will be able to refund the fees on the listing that was accidentally purchased
Hi everyone, if you are having trouble starting a listing due to running in to a page that won't load, it could be caused by an old, stuck listing. The most common cause of bugs like this is having corrupted cookies on your web browser - if you delete them you should be good to go. It’s also worth making sure your internet browser is completely up to date.If you try both of these and you're still having trouble, post a screenshot of your page so we can have a look at what you are seeing.
Hi Karley, emails from Trade Me will only be sent to the one email address registered on your Trade Me account. You can double-check what email that is in My Trade Me. It sounds like you may have a forwarding service set up in one of your email addresses to send the emails through to your other email address.
Ah right, that does add up - although it seems like a bit of a hassle, you should be able to send the airpods and case in separate packages
Hi there, if the courier company says they can't send them then that must be the case, but I hadn't heard of Airpods being classed as dangerous goods - did they give any reasoning why? Just looking at NZPost's Restricted Items list, I can't spot why Airpods would be restricted
Hi Malcolm, you should be able to add your number using the '+61' prefix, and pop the rest of your number in the box to the right, shown in the screenshot below. If that's not working for you, you can try using a different number to register then fix it up once your account is up and running. If you still aren't having any luck, get in touch with our Customer Experience team.
Hi there, you are able to update your account details from both the app and the site from your phone's web browser. You can currently only book non-Trade Me parcels through Book a Courier from the site, but you can also do so from your phone's web browser. Just pop over to trademe.co.nz from your phone's web browser, then tap on My Trade Me in the top right corner. Here's a screenshot of the site from my phone:
