Hi Craig, it may not be possible to send tyres through Book a Courier as the maximum dimensions of a package through Book a Courier are 150cm in length, 25kg in weight and 0.125 m3 total volume. To test this, you can go through the booking process to get quotes from both NZ Post and Aramex couriers
Hi Tammy, we don't have a specific code of welfare for every animal that gets sold on site, there's a heap of animals! But we do have policies that promote animal welfare and have a team that reviews such complaints. The code is just for cats and dogs, but its optional, so people can still sell cats and dogs without vaccinations or vet checks and just not opt into the code.Whilst there is an optional code for just cats and dogs, it doesn't mean there aren't policies for the rest of the animals on site. Hi Vince, thanks for the heads up - if you use the "Report this listing" link on the live listing, our Trust and Safety team will review the listing.And for your issue Karen, it sounds like the other buyer would have been using an Auto-Bid, an optional feature on the site that can be enabled when placing a bid. You can check out how Auto-Bids work here
Hi Saskia, it may be possible by using a paid-for listing tool, but it can't be relisted automatically through MyProducts like Marketplace listings can, so would otherwise need to be relisted manually. You can list property for rent for up to 56 days, and it will stay in your unsold folder to be relisted for 45 days after closing

Hi John, it sounds like that might be saved 'Favourite' search or seller that is set to regularly email you new listings - you can edit and remove these from the 'Favourites' section of My Trade Me: https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/my-trade-me/favourites/sellers
Hi Hazel, that's correct as long as the account is closed the payment will bounce back into your Ping account where you can re-route it to the correct account by updating your details. This is subject to bank transfer times so it could take up to 5 business days to arrive back.
