Hi everyone, Simon is spot on about the 'In-trade' vs casual sellers, if the seller was set up as a business they would be expected to refund. To add to this, we do take electrical compliance very seriously and many listings are removed each day - if you spot any that look like they may not be compliant listed on-site, alert the team by reporting the listing

Hi Fiona, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The option should be showing for you on the Android app under My Trade Me > Profile &account > Selling options > Payment instructions. You can set up, edit, remove and toggle them on and off. If the option isn't showing for you, and you've recently updated the app, a screenshot of your app would be handy for me to follow up with our Tech Team
Hi Gary, sorry to hear about the hassles with the trade there - I've confirmed the member wouldn't receive any emails notifying them of feedback once their account has been closed, so a Dispute report would be the next best step.
Hi Becca, sorry I missed this! I've heard from our Property team that this feature is still available, but has changed a little. Below is a screenshot of the steps to set up this open home favourite search:1. Make your search then select Refine on the search results page2. Select the 'Open homes only' filter3. View the results with the filter selected4. Now you can save your search to create the Favourite, and the emails should start coming through again
Hi Kiranjit, if you've already confirmed the address is correct using the NZ Postcode & Address Finder and still not having any luck, you can reach out to our Customer Experience team for a hand getting it booked
