Hi Fiona, to create a Flatmates wanted classified listing, click here and go to ‘Start a listing’ in the top right hand corner, then select ‘Flatmates wanted’ on the next page.At this point you will be redirected to the classic site, and you can follow the listing process from there. Once you’ve filled out the details and added photos, make sure you click the ‘Start my classified’ button at the bottom of the Confirm page.
Hi Stephen, sorry to hear you missed out. It sounds like the auto-extend feature was kicking in on the auction; if any bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of an auction, the auction will auto extend by 2 minutes. If you're bidding towards the end of an auction, it's best to refresh the page every few seconds until the auction has closed so you're getting the most up to date info. Better yet, you can use an auto-bid to do the bidding for you.
Hi Ian, you can withdraw your Ping balance to any NZ bank account (including an account linked to a card), as long as it’s able to be verified. For the steps on adding and verifying your withdrawal bank account, click here.
Hi Mark & Kathy, I believe Aramex do ship larger parcels, but if you are getting an error when trying to make the booking through Book a Courier, then that would be due to the system's 150cm maximum and you'd need to contact the courier company directly to book the freight

Hi Dave, when logged in to My Products you need to click Import photos & products, then on the next page click current, sold or unsold listings - once on the below page, you can select the listings you want to import
