Hi there, at the moment it is only possible to withdraw your full Ping balance to your bank account - the good news is we do have plans to change this, so keep an eye out! You can top up your Trade Me account using your Ping balance before withdrawing, but if you wanted to use Ping balance to pay for purchases, then you would need to top up at the time.
Hi Donal, the steps for refunding Afterpay payments are on this help page. The Afterpay fees are refunded automatically when a full or partial refund is made.

Hi Fiona, in the case of posting a ring, the shipping cost may include insurance or be a higher fee than usual if it is being sent with a courier who specialises in high-value items. You are welcome to request proof of the shipping costs from the seller though, as it is against our policy to inflate shipping costs

Hi Glen, is there any error message popping up for you when you try to edit your listing and add photos? If you are using the mobile app, I'd recommend double checking its fully up to date, or jumping on to the website to make the edit

It will bounce back to your Ping account since the bank account is closed, but this is subject to bank processing times of up to 10 business days. If you update the withdrawal bank account in Ping, it'll be set for when the funds bounce back. If you need a further hand with your Ping account, reach out to our Customer Experience team
Hi Gail and Nicos, if you have the listing numbers available (perhaps in your emails from us), you can enter the listing number into the search bar on Trade Me and hit search. This will bring up the listing page with your usual seller options at the top (you’ll need to be logged in), and you'll be able to relist from there.If it's been over 45 days since it closed, or you don't have the listing number avaible, you'll need to reach out to our team for a hand getting the listing information
