We are pretty sure, we have a buyer who is trying to swap an old product for our new product and get a refund for the new one, by returning the old one. He won't accept a replacement even when I have offered to arrange courier there and back at no cost to him. Everything I've tried to do, gets met with some excuse. Told me he can't walk or drive, yet can make his way to a post shop and wants us to pay for the ticket, Even though I can email him a return ticket CAN SOMEONE PLEEEEEEASE CONTACT ME ???
