Hi Toni I thought I had to restart everything, I found that when I started to reenter the trade (property for sale), a lot of the information I had previously entered was there. Give it a try, go back to your account and attempt to reenter the trade you were doing and you may find the information entered earlier is still there. Good luck Sue
