My issue with Ping is this - a buyer pays right away, but outside 'business hours', and then we have to wait for it to clear - sometimes 2 days or so. If it's so instant, why does it take so long to reach our accounts? Buyers are getting annoyed because I won't log a parcel for the courier until payment is in MY BANK ACCOUNT. It is not ok that they have paid instantly because they have no choice- then I can't send until it clears. Even internet banking clears within 2 hours, regardless of day or night. And we are charged for this.... along with getting a second transaction via internet bank...
