Hi, a buyer bought an item, however didn't acknowledge that they had chosen the 'city' option for courier rather than 'rural') their address is rural when I went to book a courier. I didn't go on to book the courier, emailed (x3 over a week) the buyer regards their mistake (its a $4 difference, not big but then it's taking my profit margin) and then I get an email from them that they have paid, the 'city' courier option. What suggestions as to what I could do........one the one hand just go ahead and send the item, on the other hand (I'd like to reimburse them the $) and just wait, another ...
