The old system WAS broken karlymouse. It was too old, held together with bailing twine and sellotape. Impossible to implement any new changes or features going forwards. The whole "if it isn't broken..."  thing annoys me. I'm guessing you don't go to work on a horse? You don't use a fax machine? You don't go round the house lighting candles when it gets dark? None of those were broken either, but the world moves on. 

Thanks all. I was meaning the automatic reminder email that is triggered when you go through the success fee refund process, rather than the original payment instructions greg23. Michelle confirmed that still goes out for now.  It seems buyers can still see bank details on their won page if they need them. So that helps.
