I know there is absolutely no point in posting this, but, every.single.other.platform allows you to sort feedback by good and bad. It lets users see the common issues that crop up. Not allowing it is a shifty policy.

I finally decided to try the book-a-courier function, and I can see why I get so many parcel via Amarex, it's the main option. But I've discovered that not only are the hopeless delivering, they are hopeless picking up. I will NEVER use them again. Does anyone have a way to cancel a current pickup that hasn't happened ? No user interface for that. I could have sent this through my work's courier company and it would have been picked up, delivered and unpacked by the recipient by now.
