The problem is not that "I haven't received my item" -- the item has not even been sent yet, because shipping still needs to be arranged. The problem is that I am unable to contact the seller to arrange the shipping to begin with. Hence the section that applies to me is "Problems contacting the seller". Thanks Callum and S for responding to my earlier post. S, just to clarify- I am the buyer, not the seller. I submitted an offer to the seller, which they accepted. Ping payment was then automatically applied to the sale, and my delivery address automatically was sent as well. The seller specified "no pickups" and did not provide shipping details, so I have been trying to contact them since auction close. Hi, I think I've been scammed by a seller. I hope someone here can help, as TM support so far has been hopeless. I was in a Live chat earlier today with a real person (Gemz), I gave them the auction reference # and all other details. They said they would email the seller directly on my behalf. As per TM policy, I should be getting cc'ed in that email, and I should also get a transcript of the chat. I didn't get either. I read somewhere in this forum someone had experience of Live chat being hacked? Has someone had experience of paying a seller using Ping, and the seller doesn't contact you...
