Buyer made an offer to buy my vehicle which was accepted than he advised he didn't secure the bank finance he needed so he wasn't able to complete the trade.  I placed negative feedback but there's no option to re-list and just listing it again will incur the fee.  Any ideas how to relist without getting charged again?
