Help trade!!!

Hi there, I would like to make a complaint about a seller. I had hit buy now to purchase a ranchslider on the 29 August 2025 believing I had won it only to get a message later that day to say I had not made contact and so the next day they had relisted it and it was sold 2 days later wtf
