Hi , we have a car for sale .  A person looks the car over and asks for a test drive said he would leave his car as security. He returns about an hour later  and said the paintwork is not good enough. While i have learn't don't trust anyone and accompany everyone on a test drive  Do you think this guy is breaking any Trademe rules or and legal issues?
