It's been happening on mine for a few months and I've always got the postage up, wondering if it's either when people send the address just through the app or just through the website because I had one person send me their address by email in case it hadn't come through and when I looked it had come through blank
It's happened to me a few times when buyers send me the address and it doesn't say anything

If I import my listings that are already going onto my products will it list them all again? Might have no choice but to try to use my products because of all these problems with the new look site, and how easy is it to list new things on the my products with the app, I have to list things on the app because I have to take photos with my cellphone
I've found that the quick relist only works for the things listed the old look way all my things listed the new look way I have to still relist one by one

Everything that gets won on mine I now have to send the payment instructions and they used to go automatically, I always use the app to list things, so I don't know if it affects the things that get listide from the website, Only the odd thing that gets sold from me do the payment instructions go automatically, and I posted those things so long ago I might have listed them through the website instead of the app
