We accepted the offer from this person and the car shown on Trademe as SOLD. Then this person makes excuse not to go ahead with payment. We made a complaint and haven't received any reply yet from Trademe. Now the listing is closed. We may need to pay another fee to relist the car and its not fair. Does anyone experienced similar situation? Will Trademe intervene? As far as we are aware, the offer anyone put forward is binding.
