Yes i will blacklist this person " and i will take them to tribunal. Its just very annoying and upsetting when i already have my hands full with other things. This listing is not a small amount and with the "sold" price revealed it compromised our ability to resell at a premium price. We actually don't mind to sell to some good people who would appreciate the quality of the product at a reasonable price they can best offer. but certainly not this type of scambag. We accepted the offer from this person and the car shown on Trademe as SOLD. Then this person makes excuse not to go ahead with payment. We made a complaint and haven't received any reply yet from Trademe. Now the listing is closed. We may need to pay another fee to relist the car and its not fair. Does anyone experienced similar situation? Will Trademe intervene? As far as we are aware, the offer anyone put forward is binding.
