After sending numerous emails trying to be refunded for an item ($230) i purchased 4 months ago - which was picked up by the seller from my property , I then contacted TM for support with this , twice now i have emailed customer support to ask where this is at, i receive this from the trade me customer support " I’m sorry your trade hasn’t been sorted yet – you may have missed the last email we sent you asking if the seller had resolved the trade.
